Every entry here is attached to one item from the Pepsup product range, picked from a dropdown when the review is written, so a comment stays with the item it was written about instead of floating loose on the site. The form sits at the foot of the page and asks for four things: the product, a rating of one to five stars, a name to sign with, and a short account of your experience in your own words. Nothing else is requested.
Entries are checked before they appear rather than posting straight away, and only orders that were actually placed count. Because every product is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary use, keep a review to practical ground: how the order was placed, how the vial or kit was packed and labelled, and how the parcel arrived. Anything touching use in a person or an animal sits outside the research-use-only terms this shop sells on. Questions about identity and purity belong on the certificates of analysis page instead. At the time of writing no reviews have been posted, and the page says so until the first one arrives.
