These terms apply to every order placed on pepsup.eu. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age where you live and that you will use and store the material accordingly. The full wording is on our research-use-only terms page.
Prices are in euro and cover the goods only. Shipping is calculated at checkout for your destination and shown before you pay. It is free over €150. A discount code applies to the goods, not to shipping. The total shown on the final checkout screen is the total you are charged.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Stripe takes payment at that moment, but the contract only exists once we confirm your order by email. We may not be able to accept an order: the item may be unavailable, our carrier may not serve your address, or we may believe the law in your country prohibits the sale, import or receipt of that item. If that happens, we will tell you and refund the full amount, including delivery, within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Delivery times are on the shipping & returns page. If you are a consumer, the goods stay at our risk until they are physically in your hands. A parcel that is lost or damaged on the way is our problem, not yours.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with one exception for vials whose seal has been broken, and a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years on faulty goods. Both are set out in full on the shipping & returns page.
Email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If you live in the EU and we cannot reach an agreement, your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help with a cross-border purchase.
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules in the country where you live. Those rules continue to apply in full.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
